These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website gdai.in (the “Website”), operated by the Game Developer Association of India (“GDAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About GDAI and the Website
GDAI is a not-for-profit industry body supporting India’s game development ecosystem. The Website provides information about GDAI, its governing council, vision, events, initiatives, memberships, and policy advocacy work, and allows you to engage with GDAI through enquiries, subscriptions, membership applications, and event interest.
2. Eligibility
