WHAT TO EXPECT - 5 KEY GROWTH PILLARS
Integrated Industry Curriculum for Partner Colleges
We work with colleges and institutions across India to integrate practical, industry-relevant gaming modules into existing academic programmes. The focus is on bridging academia and industry through project-based learning, Game Jams and real-world production workflows.
Faculty Development Programs
Developed jointly with IICT, our Faculty Development Programs train educators in modern game development tools, workflows and teaching methodologies. This includes workshops, upskilling modules and hands-on industry exposure for students through real-world game development practices.
Curriculum Development for IICT
We are contributing to industry-aligned curricula development for the video gaming sector at IICT across undergraduate, postgraduate and PGD programmes. The curriculum spans the full game production pipeline — including game design, programming, art, animation, XR, publishing and the business of games
Content Creator Labs
In alignment with the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting’s Creator Labs initiative, GDAI and IICT are building hands-on Content Creator Labs focused on video games, XR and interactive media. These labs will support experiential learning through Game Jams, prototyping, collaborative projects and immersive technologies.
Student Ambassador Program
Our Student Ambassador Program builds a grassroots network of student leaders and gaming advocates across campuses. Ambassadors help drive game clubs, meetups and Game Jams while gaining access to mentorship, workshops, industry interactions and networking opportunities.
Career Awareness & Industry Exposure Programs
GDAI conducts career awareness initiatives for students, parents, educators and institutions to highlight opportunities across video games, esports, animation, XR, content creation and emerging technologies. The programmes also showcase entrepreneurship and global career pathways within the industry.
