HOW WE’VE BUILT THE FOUNDATION OF INDIA’S GAMING ECOSYSTEM?
In 2008, when the Indian gaming industry was at its nascent stage, a few indie developers and service providers were finding their way, often facing the same challenges. To address these, the India Game Developers Conference (IGDC) was born—a space for collaboration and growth. What started as a small gathering has evolved into South Asia’s leading game development conference, drawing thousands each year.
Building on IGDC’s success, the Game Developers Association of India (GDAI) was formed. Today, GDAI stands as the voice of the Indian game development community, supporting your ideas, celebrating your achievements, and helping you grow and gain global recognition.
Building a supportive environment for game creation.
Recognizing and celebrating contributions to the industry.
Curating global programs and events to connect game developers.
Empowering young talent across India to drive the growth of gaming.
And Be Part of a Movement That Values Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence.
