The GDAI offers four distinct membership categories. Each category is governed by specific eligibility criteria and membership fees, and provides certain rights and privileges based on the contribution to the game development industry and the nature of the entity or individual.
If you become a member under the “Indie” category, you can change your membership type only at the time of renewal.
Eligibility: The applicant must be a resident of India.
Fee Payable: INR 500/- per annum for a term of 1, 2, or 3 years.
Description: This Membership category is ideal for freelance game developers, designers, testers, and other professionals involved in the game development ecosystem on an individual basis.

Description: This category is designed for larger, more established game development companies with more employees and higher revenue.

Fee Payable: INR 25,000/- per annum for a term of 1, 2, or 3 years.
Description: Investors who are looking to support and engage with the game development ecosystem are eligible for this Membership, offering them access to industry networks and investment opportunities.
